How to Order
=> All prices are quoted in US dollars.
=> Each item is listed with a thumbnail image. Please click on the image to see an enlarged image with more detailed descriptions.
=> Simply select the items you would like to purchase by clicking on "Buy Now" (the items will be automatically placed in your personal shopping cart), or continue shopping.
=> You can review your shopping cart and make changes at any time. Be sure to click on the "Recalculate" button to adjust the invoice accordingly.
=> Once done with selections of products you want to buy, click on "Process Order". This will take you to payment section. Please follow instructions to complete and submit the order.
=> You may print out the Order Confirmation for your records.
=> If you have questions on how to order, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com. We will try our best to answer your questions.
=> Please do not send us your credit card information via email.
=> All orders requiring shipment to locations outside the 48 contiguous states of U.S.A. must select "Ground" as shipping option.
IndusDecor.com will e-mail the customer regarding the shipping/handling charges. If these charges are acceptable to the customer, the merchandise will be shipped.
Once the merchandise is shipped, the customer will be responsible for the payment of any other charges, if applicable. These charges may include, but not limited to, any duties, taxes, tariffs, etc.
The SEARCH feature can also be used to find just what you are looking for.
=> The receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance of your order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. IndusDecor.com reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity of any item and/or refuse service to any customer.
=> All orders are subject to verification of information and credit card pre-approval.
=> We only accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards and we do not accept C.O.D., personal checks or money orders. Please do not send cash.
If Product is Unavailable
=> IndusDecor.com cannot guarantee that a product listed at the website will be available for shipment, as inventory may change.
=> If you place an order and an item is sold out at the time your order is processed or not available in adequate quantities, we will notify you by e-mail and also attempt to provide you with alternative options. The order will be processed once the customer response is received.
=> If IndusDecor.com does not receive any response from the customer usually within 3 business days, the item will be cancelled from your order and the customer will be notified via email. The remaining items in your order that are in stock will be shipped and the credit card will be charged accordingly.
=> If the order consists of one product and all or some of it is not available, then the entire order will be cancelled and the customer will be notified via email. The credit card will not be charged.
=> Once the item/s are shipped, we will send you an email notification containing the list of ordered item/s and the tracking number/s. You may use this tracking information to track the status of your shipment at the FedEx or USPS website.
=> IndusDecor.com delivering goods to Washington residents must collect sales tax based on where the customer receives the merchandise in Washington. Currently, the tax rate collected on online sales to WA is set up at 9.5%. The sales tax (if different from 9.5%) will be adjusted at time of shipment. This sales tax amount will be added to merchandise and shipping totals and will be reflected on credit card charges for Washington residents.
Incorrect/incomplete shipping address provided by customer
=> Orders that are unable to be delivered due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer will be issued a credit to the original credit card used, for the purchase price minus the actual shipping charges incurred by IndusDecor.com (in case of free shipping) only after the shipment is received back by IndusDecor.com as undeliverable.
In case of shipments where the customer has paid for shipping, IndusDecor.com will issue a credit to the original credit card used, for the purchase price of merchandise only, after the shipment is received back by Indusdecor.com as undeliverable. The original shipping charges paid by customer will not be refunded.
=> IndusDecor.com is unable to issue any refund for items that get lost and are not returned back due to incorrect/incomplete address entered in the order.
Refusal of delivery
In case of free shipping, if a package is refused for delivery for any reason and is being returned to IndusdDecor.com, a credit will be issued to the original credit card used, for the purchase price minus the actual shipping charges incurred by IndusDecor.com only after the shipment is received back by IndusDecor.com.
In case of shipments where the customer has paid for shipping, IndusDecor.com will issue a credit to the original credit card used, for the purchase price of merchandise only, after the shipment is received back by Indusdecor.com. The original shipping charges paid by customer will not be refunded.
=> IndusDecor.com is unable to issue any refund for items that get lost and are not returned back.
